STUDIO POLICIES

Our classes are tailored to adults 18 and up, but we do permit mature and experienced teenagers to participate with parental consent. Be advised that our classes may contain mature content that may not be suitable for all participants, including teenagers. RTS maintains the right to assess the suitability of a teenager's participation on a case-by-case basis, considering their maturity level and experience.

Parental consent is required for teenagers to participate, and by granting consent for a teenager to participate, parents assume responsibility for ensuring their child's understanding and appropriate handling of any mature content encountered in the class. Please contact us if you have any questions about your child attending one of our classes.

PARKING: Parking is available in the Paramount Parking lot, located at the northwest corner of Sheridan and Lee (the same parking lot for OKCider and Perets coffee). Anyone taking class will receive a parking code via confirmation email and text to use to validate your parking in the lot during your time at the studio. This code will rotate monthly, so be sure to check your notifications to ensure you use the correct code to get free parking. Street parking is also available (free after 5pm and on weekends).

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are only available PRIOR to the start of a class. To request a refund, students must notify RTS staff prior to the start of class. Failure to attend a class without cancellation or communication of absence to RTS staff will result in the full charge to your card, and no refunds will be provided. In the event of an extenuating circumstance that causes you to miss a class, a full refund may be considered upon timely notification and submission of appropriate documentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All class will occur as normal, regardless of the number of students enrolled in the class. In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability, facility issues, or other factors beyond our control, every effort will be made to notify enrolled students as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students for the canceled class. We reserve the right to reschedule the class at a later date or offer alternative options to affected students. No additional fees or penalties will be charged to students due to the class cancellation.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the case of inclement weather, RACE the Space dance studio will post on social media any studio closures or class cancellations at least 1.5 hours before class start time. Students who are registered for a class will be notified via email and rescheduled for the same class the following week. Refunds may be requested by emailing classes@racedance.com. Regular updates will be made to social media and students on additional closures and cancellations.
