STUDIO POLICIES
Our classes are tailored to adults 18 and up, but we do permit mature and experienced teenagers to participate with parental consent.
Be advised that our classes may contain mature content that may not be suitable for all participants, including teenagers. RTS maintains the right to assess the suitability of a teenager's participation on a case-by-case basis, considering their maturity level and experience.
Parental consent is required for teenagers to participate, and by granting consent for a teenager to participate, parents assume responsibility for ensuring their child's understanding and appropriate handling of any mature content encountered in the class. Please contact us if you have any questions about your child attending one of our classes.

Free parking is available in Culbertson Plaza.
refund policy
Refunds are available only prior to the start time of your registered class. To receive a refund, students must notify studio staff before the class begins.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel in the Momence app or notify RTS staff in advance by messaging us on Instagram @racedanceco or by sending an email to classes@racedance.com. Failure to cancel or communicate (a “no-show”) will result in the full class charge, and refunds will not be issued.
In the case of an extenuating circumstance, a reschedule or refund may be considered with timely notification (within 72 hours of the missed class).
Clients may cancel or reschedule eligible classes directly through the Momence app. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or reschedules once the class has occurred.
cancellation policy
All classes will run as scheduled regardless of enrollment numbers.
In the event a class must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (including instructor unavailability, facility issues, or other factors beyond our control), we will make every effort to notify enrolled students as soon as possible.
Students affected by a studio-initiated cancellation will be offered one of the following:
A rescheduled class,
A full refund to the original form of payment, or
A class credit returned to their account (for clients who booked using packages or credits).
We reserve the right to reschedule the class at a later date or provide alternative options when appropriate. No additional fees or penalties will be charged to students as a result of a studio cancellation.
inclement weather
In the case of inclement weather, RACE the Space dance studio will post on social media any studio closures or class cancellations at least 1.5 hours before class start time. Students who are registered for a class will be notified via email and rescheduled for the same class the following week. Refunds may be requested by emailing classes@racedance.com. Regular updates will be made to social media and students on additional closures and cancellations.
