Studio 1

Looking for a larger space with a dynamic atmosphere? Studio 2 offers a black-box style expansive floor space that can transform from a dance space into an intimate performance venue.

Note: All Rentals must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Supervision and Liability for Minors: If minors (under 18 years of age) are present during a studio rental, the renter is required to disclose this to RACE at the time of booking. RACE reserves the right to require that a staff member be present for supervision at the renter’s expense (staff hourly fee). Only adults of legal age (18 or older) may enter into this rental agreement and assume responsibility and liability for all individuals present in the studio during the rental period. A parent or guardian of a minor may not serve in place of required RACE staff supervision when minors are present.
